Route 82 apartments in kibler park they give **** service to the tenants, been struggling to get my child's finger prints done because the person who does finger prints is on leave, how does a big estate like have one person only doing the finger prints when there's thousands of people moving in and out everyday, the staff there are very useless they made us drive up and down for 4 full days looking for a person who can help us.... So many staff members sitting in groups gossiping and not assisting tenants, Vaughn the maintenance manager walked out on us while explaining our situation and he said it's non of his business. The security company there is even worse they dnt even adhere to covid protocols, they bask in the sun the the whole day on gate 2,they dnt even make the effort to sanitise tenants bt they always have sanitiser on their hands.
