Route 82 Security Village is NOT safe!!!

Do not rent at this place!!! The rent appears to be affordable but the electricity and water is no less than R2500 per month because they add their own charges to it. That is why the complex staff have the ability to cut off electricity and water to residents who pay rent late... If your rent is R6200, expect to pay no less than R8000 per month! The service is horrible, the staff is rude and the place is not safe. Vehicles are broken into all the time and no one takes responsibility for it.
