Route 82 Security Village Central Developments

I've been staying at Route 82 for about 3 months now and I haven't had a pleasant stay. Upon making the decision to buy, everything was very transparent and forthcoming, up until moving in. Prior to moving in, I had advised my agent and her manager on my microwave compartment that I wasn't happy with, and to date, no one has given me any clarity or a way forward. I was then referred to the estate manager who informed me that nothing can be done as I purchased a voetstoet unit (This was sent to us via email and my agent did not once mention it). Additionally I raised the concern of having to walk through my neighbors yard in order to get into my yard, and my agent advised that it would be sorted out. I then returned to sign for ownership and her manager informed me that it was common property and nothing could be done about it. So honestly how does that work? In August 2021, we were informed of a Sanitation levy and that we were supposed to pay for this, and the back dated charges which dates back to June. Not once did anyone respond to my question as to why we werent billed accordingly and as of June when we moved in. Majority of the home owners in Village 3 grouped together to find a way forward as we ALL ARE NOT HAPPY. Nonetheless it's been a back and forth fight as all they've done is bombard us with fancy wording in contracts and still haven't answered why this hasn't been done in June and done accordingly. My windows are not sealed properly, so I have to stuff it with a cloth when it's windy, or I'll never get any sleep, as it rattles endlessly. It's called route 82 Security Village, and we have only 1 security guard at night who needs to operate the gate as well as patrol, so if he's out patrolling, we often have to wait for him to return in order to enter, as the gate will be closed, so how safe is this "security village"?. Please also note that we've been waiting for the person who is in leave to get fingerprints done. I have so many concerns and I am not able to voice them out right now, as the ones voiced are the most pressing issues. I have opted to write my review here as I still have no concrete answers and nevermind answers, no response whatsoever. I honeslty am very dissatisfied.
