You do not treat tenants like this. I stayed in this place for 18 months and my lease was 3 months away from expiring. I got an offer to go study abroad and you people are withholding my hard earned deposit of R5 950 and charging me R1 050 maintenance? Partial painting is R1 050? Mind you I reported a leakage in the bathroom and kitchen and when they came to fix these they messed up the floor but never repainted after reporting to the office so many times. Please just pay me my deposit back whoever this Landlord Patricia and Andrea keep on saying is the one who decides to give you a deposit or not is shame on him.
