Roof Leaking :(
I bought a house at WestView2 Security Estate (House number 1950), it was registered in 18 February 2019. With recent storms, my house has a leaking roof, called the client care to report the matter, even sent an email, to date no feedback recieved.. Called again today, they tell me that i have forfeited my warranty, it, I am so disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Cosmopolitan Projects. It's been 5 days now, my roof has been leaking, I'm starting to regret purchasing a house with them...

Your contract for the purchase of this property is not with Cosmopolitan Projects Johannesburg, but with another company in our group Central Property Developments. Please email them direct on *** .
However if you are experiencing a roof leak, within the second rain season since occupying the property, their warrantly has fallen away. They cover roof weeks for a year, allowing one rain season. Roof tiles will always shift, be moved, etc
Roof leaks is an issue all home owners will have for many years. Cental policy would be to cover for the first rains, meaning roof was handed over to you tiled correct and complet.
