****roaches in the apartments lemon tree apartments
I moved to lemon tree apartments @ la montagne on the 6th of January 2021 paid a deposit of R7350 first day the apartment looked fine till the night when all the ****roaches came out to party at their house i tried to clean and use doom for the ****roaches but the following day they was more and more of ****roaches Even today I can’t sleep or eat in peace because of ****roaches went to the management office to report and he said there’s nothing he can do ,so I decided to move out on the 6th day after i moved in date 12 Jan 2021 i demanded my deposit since i only stayed for 6 days and received poor service but they refused to give me my money back i will not rest until i have my money not in this pandemic who wants to just give away so much money its not my fault that i am moving its their loss for poor customer service and their dirty apartments
