I had a very bad experience, when I had to move in they required about R19000 for deposit and rent and rent was R6400 at the time, I enquired why so much money but was told my credit score is not high. I negotiated with them to reduce the money and it was reduced to 13000 including deposit. I signed a 12 months lease. Rent increased to 6700 in March 2020 and was required to pay R7000 because of the deposit. My lease expired in March 2020. Day of inspection, a lady by the name of Ivy was doing the inspection. She started charging me for silly things with silly reasons. As a result R900 will be forfeited from deposit. Why are you exploiting people, why do you make it difficult to pay back our money we had paid for deposit? When you know your apartments are not 100% either. And your rent increases twice a year. It is disappointing that after 12 months of your ridiculously increasing rent you still try gaining from your tenant's deposit money. This is super insane. There are many other people that have experienced this but chose to keep quiet.
