Worst service ever ,I moved in 01 July 2018 ,everything was great because the agents lie to you about everything,fast forward 2019 I was have delays with payments wow to my surprise the lock you out cut off you water and electricity mind you it’s a place you call home ,one month rent short you are told they are auctioning your furniture to recover the owed rent how???????I know my rights and this so *******.if you are looking for a place to stay stay away from Central Developments .im typing this with so much disappointment and heart break I’ve lost everything,but I won’t let this slide ,they with pay me every cent

08 Aug 2019, 10:54 We have investigated your claim and the site manager personally visited the unit and discovered that the unit is not locked and there is power in the unit. Kindly ensure you have purchased electricity and we can assist you with loading the voucher. We were just informing you that we have started the eviction process with the rental tribunal because of arrears exceeding 2 months rent. No action will be taken without a court order.
