Rental ****!!!! I am super annoyed with the quality of staff deployed at Boadwalk heights. For a whole 2 years I paid my rent on time and followed complex rules but could not receive decent customer service when Site management changed. Thank you @Busi Kotlai for your stinking customer service, other ex tenants would agree with me. Then Rian Swanepol and Dewald couldnt even resolve the smallest of issues, I sat with no DSTV for 2 months, no passage lights for a whole six months then got charged for the DSTV when their technician fixed whatever was wrong with their satellite dish. Management at this property is currently a JOKE!!! After being assured by Dewald and Rian this was resolved - I just received a statement for this. Keep up at this work and you will continue to lose good tenants!!!!!
