Rental no no

The worst complex to reside in, as among the many issues i've encountered, to name a few would be how they charge an increase in rent not once but twice annually. They cheat one with the prepaid electricity metering system and cut off one's electricity even though this ******* if rent is paid late. Almost every ground unit has extreme water damage seeping through the walls which has been brushed off as mere "condensation"
