Rental Deposit
I lived (Rented) in one of Central Development properties called Board Walk Heights in Olympus PTA east, Had a bad experience there... 2months back a ****** came in one of my units (118) pulled out the gun and shot at me, luckly he missed, spoke to Estate manager Brendon Ras that i want to leave as the place is not secure, he avoided my calls and emails and after i escalated the matter he sent an email saying its a breach of contract i need to finish my contract which had 2 months left, I had to be in the same unit that had a bullet hole for a month or so while my wife could not sleep at all or be alone in the house.
Now that i moved out im having problems getting my Deposit back, i heard alot of people saying they always been given run arounds with deposits and now i am having problem getting it back...Its been 22days since i moved out still no deposit paid back.R6250
Bianca King is handling the deposit and she never answers my mails or get back to me on the phone.

Even though we do not want any of our tenants to experience what you did, it is necessary to also state that the estate's security personnel as well as the police was at the scene shortly after the incident to give assistance and investigate the matter.
That said, the lease agreement clearly states that should the lease agreement be prematurely terminated the deposit will not be refunded. This is therefore the course of action which was taken.
