Refusal to Pay Back Deposit

Central Developments, is refusing to pay out our deposit siting early termination of our "contract". We moved to Thatchhill Estate 1 on 1 December 2016, and to date we haven't been provided with a copy of the signed lease which was supposed to be signed by the developer as well. We have been requesting a copy since November 2016 when all monies due to the developer where paid prior to us taking occupancy on the 1st December 2016. Despite providing email trails which indicates our requests, nothing was done. A notice of termination was given to Abrie on 26th August 2017 with the effective date being 1st - 30th September 2017, to which he accepted telephonically. I contacted Dustan who I was hoping he will be able to assist with this matter, he was however very rude and arrogant. He went further to stay even if I were to escalate this matter to the relevant legal authorities, he said we wont win as Central Development has won every case. I would like to inform Central Developments that I will be escalating this issue to the relevant media houses as well.
