Refund Deposit 20 days later

I used to stay at Route 82 Village 1 Unit 327, my lease came to an end and l followed all the right processes to cancel my lease on time. Patricia assisted me when l vacated the unit on 29th of June and l was promised that l will get back my deposit within 7- 10 working days which did not happen. I sent Patricia a follow up email and she chose to ignore me. I sent Emma an email last week making a follow up and she asked for my bank details so that Finance can process my deposit refund and l sent that to her even though my banking details were submitted when l was completing the Vacate Forms. I sent her another email on friday to say the refund is not reflecting and she chose to ignore me like Patricia, guess its Central Developments thing to ignore emails. I stayed at that place never even on any month did l miss rent payment as l had to honor my contractual obligations so what is now difficult for central developments to honor the end of their contract. You only care about money coming in, now that you are not receiving money from me then you don't care. GREAT SERVICE INDEED 20 days later am still waiting for my money, please refund me asap.
