Racial maligning and ****phobic breaching of contract. Misuse of pwer

Thatch Hill Estate in centurion has been nothing but a horrible experience. I am a travelling chef and when I moved in they knew that.

Themba and Lionel the agents that helped with the process of moving in. On the 10th of November when I came back from my travelling Lionel called and told me they forgot to debit their rental in my account because of a mistake of their recording agents. I have until the end of the day to pay or move out!

That same evening I got into an accident and was in hospital the whole night. when I came back the next morning on a Saturday. apparently Lionel came to the house but I was dead asleep. On Monday Lionel comes back again not to apologize but he comes with 2 guys who are to be taking down my doors. In my pain and bruises I asked Lionel to please allow me to be in a better state to even engage him on this conversation as I was heavily medicated.

On Tuesday the 14 of November I pick myself up to go to work and speak to the company lawyer to advice what to do in this case. he then sends them a letter telling them they are not legally allowed to move me out like that. He then asked them to give me time to sort this matter out.

At this point I had already spoken to Abrie Ackerman who is the complex manager and he was ****** over the phone and told me "he is used to my kind" I felt bul**** for being black or was I being oppressed for being ***?

I called the head office thinking I will get the project manager to sort this out for me but no Rupert La Grange defended the incompetency of his staff and said ''I don't care about who did what, pay the money or i will evict you".

They willingly kept information from their legal team that gave me 20 business days to remedy the situation. they constantly called to harass me. i went to the police to get an affidavit explaining my experience of harassment from these 4 man.

I've never felt unsafe in what i thought was my home in a secure estate. I wish the was a legal way I could deal with them but its unfortunate that we live in a South Africa that doesn't cater for the middle class. I cant afford a lawyer on my salary but i also cant be assisted by the state because I earn ''enough''
