poor service...and no service delivery....

i stay in little manhattan west village...jerrrr if you want to see poor service come to this place , you will see. there is no fumigation service provided, you will see all kinds of insect including Centipede. my son got a pink eye from insect bite. Noise pollution/ loud music...its a free zone in that place. there is no where you can complain about this people playing loud music from their cars...its irritating to a point where your baby cant even sleep due to that.

when we sign contracts we have been told that the loud music is not allowed and public drinking as well but all was just a lie... i regret a lot why i moved from decent agency ( city property)
