poor service
Just had a plumbing emergency now where water was flooding the unit and furniture at risk of being damaged by water... called the call center lo log a service request. The consultang hung up on me more than 4 times and had no sense of urgency let alone show any empathy. I was not given a reference for the call but i was advised that calls are recorded... i am extremely disappointed with the service and attitude that i got from this agent
