POOR MANAGEMENT & UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT TO STAY

<p>I reside at one of the deveopments in Midrand called San Ridge Heights. Over the weekend (Friday/Saturday) my place became victim of a crime, theft. I reported to the guys that stay at their so called site offices and spoke to one guy (Etiene) who answered the phone and was not interested or at least ask let ask the security to come view what had happened.</p> <p>Just to not delve too much into details, this place here in Midrand is poorly managed and there is lack of customer service or tenant respect. Till now not even anyone from tmanagement tried to contact me after sending them tons of emails. This is just a simple warning to anyone who m ight be lured to the complex, they lure you so that you get there to become their feeidng nest with their organised crimes. STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY BY THIS DEVELOPER PERIOD!!!!!!!!!</p>
