Poor maintenance service

I am so dissapointed with the level of disrespect and arrogance that I received from central development maintenance leopards rest estate. I logged a quiry about a blocked drain on Tuesday, they came to fix on Thursday, around 9H00, around 4 there is a guy who knocked on the door and when I opened I saw sewage o the kitchen door, walls and paving with lot of flies the cover of the drain was put on the paving right in front of the door. The guy said he came to do the paving as they said they have finished unblocking but he can't because it is not fixed properly there is still a pipe that needs to be put there is still water coming out of the pipe. When I called to explain to the lady how the state on which they left after unblocking, she told me that as a client I have to clean that she will call for them to come fix the paving. I really was unhappy with the response of which I contacted the sales agent to explain and he said he will find out what is going on. Today I then called to find out what is gonna happen, the lady told me that she sent someone to come for my issue (she meant my complaint with the sewage) and that she will get the guys to come for the paving. I waited till 2pm no call was made to notify me whether they are coming or not until I contacted her and she told me that they will no longer come today she will call to let me so that I can be in the house. I am so unhappy and I feel disrespected for what reason I do not know, the arrogance they have is on another level. Till now the guy has not come, I have the pictures hope they would appreciate if someone does this to them. Now I am stuck with a toilet that smells very bad inside because of their incomplete job, I will probably have live with it for the whole weekend.
