Poor cleaning services.
Your cleaning stuff im not impressed about. Its been 3weeks, and the dirt thats swept out from our homes, is still in the stairways or corridors. This is really pathetic, its the first time they go 3 weeks without cleaning. I did mention its to one of the guys and he was going to inform staff, but till today, there is pilea of dirt everywer on the stairway.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will address this issue with site maintenance and ensure that the cleaning staff gets send out weekly as per standard protocol. We will also be sending a notification to all our tenants to refrain from sweeping dirt into the corridors as this is strictly prohibited. Many thanks
