Be-careful with this company. They are highly *********** and very rude. Especially the devision that handles finances. Be careful with their automated lease extensions that their agents say, you can casually sign. They took my one month rental after serving them a one months notice to leave their premises. They don't stop there.. when you do the exit inspection, they will take at the very least R1300 from your deposit (claim its for fumigation, repaint even if the flat is fine, has been cleaned accordingly - they expect you to leave the flat as new). They will not provide you with an intrest bearing account. I left their premises in November 2025 and only this Monday January 2026 they finally paid my deposit after saying I must prove that the monthly payments were made from my own account because they couldn't verify them. Mind you I have been emailing them proof of payments since I firt occupied their building. They instruct you to prove payments and you will get your money if you can prove even though the money reflect in their account.
