Pending Refund

I had an unfavorable encounter with the leasing salesperson and her line manager at Central Development Rentals. following the failure to honor my specified move-in appointment. and the agent who was suddenly not available when I wanted clarity. I asked for a refund, and I was told I would get one after 14 days. I am still waiting on my refund, and they are both silent.
