Outstanding service delivery

I registered this Hello Peter account solely for the purpose to praise Eznari at Woodlands Place. I cannot express how impressed I am with her professionalism. I am truly ashamed by my initial behaviour towards her. I was rude and very condescending, but she remained calm and waited for me to air out all my frustrations. I am sure I cursed too and she was not provoked to curse back. I have lived here for 3 years now and none of the other staff have ever dealt with me with so much respect and understanding.

In the end my issue was resolved and I was assisted. I offered to thank her with a drink or lunch. She said that it is against company policy for her to accept any type of gift. I insisted, but to no avail. She stood her ground. Now that is the type of employee every employer should have. I have a colleague at Lemon Tree who goes out and have drinks with staff. They never refuse. So this was shocking to me.

Hence this review, just to applaud an excellent lady with the utmost professionalism. Please award her for her excellent service and positive attitude. She deserves it.
