Not repaying full deposit

<p>So I have now spoken and emailed : Cobus de Wet and Carel Wentzel at Central Developments / Mi-Storage Pretoria-East but to date have not received my full deposit refund. Notice was given on 26/04/2016 and the last payment via debit order on 03/05/2016. Half the deposit was repaid on 19/05/2016, excuses were made of systems and that the balance will be paid on 29/05/2016, the latest today is that payment will be made on 02/06/2016. No one is willing to commit to this in writing and the general attitudes of both these employees are Oh ok we will get back to you. I urge the public not to make use of this organisation's services as there will be huge challenges with deposit repayments, even the complaints on this site proves that they do not keep to their commitments. Obviously this is the norm for the company and it's employees. I have asked nicely for the refund, and then demanded the refund, even asked them to stop playing games and provide feedback in writing. To date nothing in writing has been received. This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have dealt with in the past few years.</p>
