No response since December until now
I haven't received a feedback with regards to the damages which occur in December because of the electricity, I have advised that management still needs to sign

We have been in communication with you with regards to this matter and you have been compensated with an electricity voucher for the damages on the 18th of December. Management formally apologized for the inconvenience on said day. According to our records this case has been deemed finalized.
