No remorse at all

I have been living at the junction @ forest hill in heuweloord, centurion for the past 2 and a half years. This is the first month that I have come up short for my rent and on Saturday they cut my utilities and last night they locked me out of my unit. It is ******* to lock someone out of their unit or cut their utilities. I have a fixed rental term with them and according to the law they are supposed to allow me time to rectify the issue. I spoke to the site manager Henk who was pressuring me into typing an email and committing to when I am going to pay this month's rent and also the following months rent. He is putting a lot of pressure on me and because he locked me out of my house last night I had to make alternative arrangements and live at a colleague's house. I had to take the day off from work to speak to them to allow me back into my house and he refused and I mentioned that I am going to take this up further and he says then do what you have to do. No remorse at all. I don't want to live for free but after 2 and a half years I missed just 1 months rent and they can't allow me the opportunity to gather up the money to pay the rent and now they want to pressure me into committing to a date. The staff at the junction @forest hill are very arrogant.
