No feedback

I initially had an agent that was updating me on the regular and he got re-assigned to another project and its just been quiet since then. I don't even know who my new agent is-who was supposed to be assigned to me over 3 months ago. I constantly need to make follow ups, no one calls me to give an update or inform me on what the next step is or what stage we are in. I am being sent from pillar to post. The service is beyond appalling. Horrific service rendered to a first time buyer.
