No answer when we need help!!!

Been a loyal tenant with Little Manhattan for more than a year, I lost my Job and I couldn't pay rent but I only paid half of rent last month. I spoke to Simphiwe to make arrangement and he told me to send and email committing on to pay the arrears. I sent email through and he promised he will make a plan and switch on the lights. He called my wife and told her they won't be able to do it. Been trying to contact him he answered and told me his busy with a client he will call me, I think he's avoiding my calls left 10 Missed calls already, on whatsapp his online but even I call he ignores my calls and he goes back online. Can someone please contact me as I have a little baby at home and living without electricity is frustrating.

We were patient with little Manhattan when they had on and off's with electricity and WATER AT THE COMPLEX.
