No accountability from Central Developments
<div>Please stay away from Central Developments. They can't take responsibility for anything wrong that they did. I have recently discovered that the boundary wall separating myself and the neighbour is out of position and as a result the neighbour's carport is encroaching. I have hired a Land Surveyor at an extra costs because I've always been suspecious of the amount of space on my front yard as it didn't seem to correspond with the measurements on the building perk I received from Central Developments. All this mess was caused by Central Developments as they are the property developer. Now they're not willing to take responsibility and fix their mess. I must now hire a lawyer to fight them so that they can come and fix this mess. That time I have been paying for the land I'm not occupying since 2020. Central Development together with CSI are not willing to assist me or rectify the situation. The Tshwane municipality also said they can't help me because this is a civil matter. How is this a civil matter if the issue was caused by Central Development and not the neighbour? I doubt this mediocre could have happened if the area was dominating whites. I want my piece of land or you refund me!!!!!!</div>

09 May 2025, 13:38It's been months since I logged this complaint. And guess what, I'm still paying for the land that I'm not occupying. A neighbour is still occupying part of my land while every month I'm paying. Central Developments still hasn't resolved this issue. I hope many people can see this complaint because clearly Central Developments is used to getting away with things like this and one notices anything because obviously when you buy a house from a property developer you don't expect such shocking revelations!!!! I bought something which is not true on paper.... Central Developments I want my land back because I'm paying for it. If you can't return the land then repay me!!!?
