Living at Central Development has been a great experience, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible support from the maintenance team, specifically Nkosinathi.
Nkosinathi goes well above and beyond the call of duty every single day. Whenever a maintenance query is logged, he is at the door within an hour to solve it. What makes him exceptional, though, is his genuine care: he always follows up with a WhatsApp message or call to make sure everything is working properly and that you're satisfied with the work.
His willingness to help extends far beyond standard household repairs. Every tenant I speak to thinks of Nkosinathi first whenever any issue arises. Need help with a flat tyre? Nkosinathi shows up with a tyre pump. Car battery dead and won't start? He knows exactly what to do and jumps in to assist without hesitation.
You can tell he truly loves his job. He is extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to lend a hand. I would say give him a promotion, but I’d be selfishly worried we’d lose his unbelievable day-to-day service!
Management, please give this man a well-deserved raise. Employees like Nkosinathi are rare, and he makes living here an absolute pleasure.
