Nightmare at San ridge heights

I moved into San ridge in September and they put the rent on debit order they asked me for a suitable date and they also look at your pay slip to determine a suitable, they saw that I only get paid after the 27th and they requested a letter stating that funds will only be available after the 27th but they went ahead and but my debit order to the 26th and every month it would bounce and every month I had to make a transfer and unfortunately I didn't put in the reference and instead of contacting me asking me to put in a reference next time they decided it was easier to lock me out of my place ???? like for real and I called the manager to try and explain and all I got was a lot of Rudeness i have finally made the decision to move out, there are other well priced apartments in the area, if you care about your peace of mind do not go to San ridge heights they are *******. and Etienne is a common ******.
