New development house leaking defect for over 12 months now

Thank you for your respond..., For your information I've been following the correct platform to report the matter, since last year around June if not July 2020 when I discovered that the house is leaking under the stairs and by the living area on the upstairs slab. You sent some people to come to do an investigation to resolve the defect of leaking. The first attempt didn't work out to resolve the issue, I then brought it back to your attention and I was happy with the second attempt because it was heavily raining and I was not experiencing the issue. In November towards December, I reported the issue again, the leaking defect still not resolved up today. Please be aware that my couch, rug, DStv remote control, and laptop got damaged because of the previous heavy rain..., my neighbor has been experiencing leaking issues in his house the months I got my house keys in March 2020 and you resolve the issue by revamping his balcony to apply the waterproofing and he no longer experiencing the leaking defect which looks like is permanently resolved; 1. Why are you not doing the waterproofing solution to resolve the leaking in my house? 2. Is approaching 5 months without you guys fixing the leaking defect as reported and why? 3. Who needs to cover the damage cost for the laptop, rug, and couch?

Please note I agree with you 100% that this platform is not going to resolve the issue, I've been following the correct platform as stated and the above 3 question has not yet been answered.

Can you be happy staying in the leaking house for almost a year when you spent so much millions on money?

I am tired, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. my equipments got damaged, who's cost that should be to replace the damaged equipments?

Yesterday (10th March 2021) got a call for today 9 am appointment, had to cancel meetings with my client because you guys promised to come today at 9 am..., now is 11:45 am and you not saying anything, please note I've business to run and please do not schedule an appointment that you will not show up, be professional. I made it clear on the call that I will make time in the morning by canceling other things for you guys.

I cannot always get a false promise from you guys, train your staff to set up a visit to resolve the house defect when they're 100% sure to fulfill it. Time is money and you will agree with me.

Hi Central Development Management,

I just want to appreciate Nthabiseng Kekana for making sure that all the damaged equipment should be fairly cleaned and replaced. The house defect has been fixed and awaiting for the heavy rain to be sure that is 100% fixed.
