NEW APPLICATION CANCELLATION *****

<p>San Ridge heights Sharon and Florence and their bosses dont want to refund me all my money back. Problem is that they advertising appartments that are not yet finished when I wanted to view they never showed me any of them they kept saying they not yet finished with contruction.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />After I paid the deposit the following day after I finally saw the one bedroom flats i was really not impressed so I requested to cancel. They told me they will keep 2500 rands of the deposit for that. They were busy bragging "see you in court".</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I got lucky my cousing ( markerting lawyer ) said Consumer Protection Act there should be a cooling off period of 5 days. I thought there will be an understanding since those appartmnents are not there yet finished, they still contruction. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am taking it further given that the contracts and approval letters have wrong dates. Thisis even false marketing, the property we making agreements on doesnt even exit because I asked then several times to show me and they failed to do that.</p> <p> </p>
