Never rent from this agent

This is the worst agent ever, never rent from them. I got an apartment from them and gave them the letter from the bank confirming my banking details. They cannot even copy the account number correctly and therefore they failed to collect my debit order. I followed up to see if there were issues and spoke to one Emma Beck who cannot even explain what is happening. I had to follow up three times and they found the multiple errors on their part and they sent me the corrected information. Next thing they sent me a letter of demand and threats. I called the same Emma to ask why she is not communicating with me as I was not aware that they have rectified the errors on their side and all she was saying is you need to pay but not listening to me. There was no engagement of the mind at all and I wonder if they train their people.

The people working for this company lack professional competency and they do not care to do the right thing.
