NEVER MOVE HERE IF YOU ENJOY PEACE AND QUIET

I don’t regret moving here as it's a really nice area and the estate is kept really clean, but I am extremely disappointed that this complex was marketed to me as a noise-free environment. With approximately 650 units, one would expect proper noise management. Unfortunately, that is not the reality.

Weekends are particularly chaotic. There is persistent loud noise, people revving their cars late at night (often around 9pm) purely for attention, and frequent disturbances caused by intoxicated individuals. After weekends, garden areas are often left littered with broken glass and ******* from people camping at the bomas, showing complete disregard for shared spaces.

This behaviour significantly impacts residents who value peace, safety, and cleanliness. I regularly find myself driving down two to three times a weekend to ask security to intervene. However, security guards are often too intimidated to approach these individuals due to how drunk and aggressive they are. The situation has escalated to the point where even the police refuse to get involved, stating that it is a “private matter.”

If quiet living, order, and basic consideration for others are important to you, this is not the place.
