Moving Out Notice
I’ve been living at Unit101 at Route82 Security Village 2 for 3 years now am I was one of the first people to move in. In the last couple of years things have been on the decline at this place from Theft, Noise and Vandalism... Just this past weekend the Badges off my car were ****** as well as my brand new Weber Braai stand was ****** from my porch, And I can’t even count how many of my clothes were ****** off the lines.
So I’ve decided to move out because this is becoming way too much... I’m not going backwards at this place. So today I went and filled out my form to move out on the 28th of December and I was helped by lovely young lady who said she will give me a call after I had filled out the form if there are any problems. Patricia (Who didn’t even bother to greet) barges in and tells me that I can not move out in December and that Sms’s were sent.
Firstly I did not get an Sms of that kind and secondly that is not stipulated anywhere in the contract that anyone is barred from moving out in December. So before my form goes missing or something to that nature, I have signed to move out on the 28 of December 2019... I can not be forced to stay at a place after serving my notice as legally required.

This morning i received a call from Melissa from Central Development who said she would assist me with my issue and surely an hour and a half later Amanda gave me a call and said that all is good to go for me to move out on the 28th of December. Thank you both for you your help.
