Misleading and ********* Conduct by Cosmo

I have been engaging Cosmo for over three months regarding a boundary issue on my property (Lotus Gardens). They insisted I submit a professional land survey report before sending their own surveyor — a process I fully comp**** with and submitted on 22 September 2025.

Since then, they have failed to acknowledge or respond, despite promising feedback within seven working days. It is now clear this was a deliberate delay tactic, showing no professionalism, ethics, or accountability.

Cosmo was aware of the boundary issue from the start yet chose to ignore and mislead me after full payment was made for every metre of my property. Their conduct reflects false promises, poor communication, and ********* business practice. I strongly caution others to be vigilant when dealing with this company, including the alleged project manager Lohan who has been allegedly sick then boom off radar.
