Mi-storage will want to suck you dry!
Does being bul**** into paying legal fees when there was never any correspondence from lawyers sound fair? Now my goods are going to be auctioned off.

We forwarded communication to the contact details that we have on record since the inception of your lease. There have been numerous attempts made to reach you regarding this matter. Our site team has been in communication with you via email, SMS, and WhatsApp and only got a response from you on the 31st of December 2022. Also, as per your signed lease agreement, it is your responsibility to make payment by the 1st should the instruction fail at the bank. Several instructions have failed thus far and you haven't attempted to settle the outstanding arrears. It is important to respond to all communication regarding arrears and make payment arrangements and commit to them to avoid action being taken against you. 20 Feb 2023, 21:06I'm talking about the fees for the legal practitioner. Who is he/she? I've received ZERO correspondence from them yet I'm supposed to pay for a service I've never received. Then I'm told to call them. So I must spend my airtime to call them and then I must pay them when I called them myself? That is my only dispute in which is being ignored.
