Masai Lofts: Ongoing Issues, No Accountability, and Complete Lack of Response

I am a tenant at Masai Lofts, and my experience over the past few months has been extremely disappointing. Despite the complex being marketed as pet-friendly, this has not been reflected in reality. I have experienced ongoing disturbances—specifically children entering our yard and provoking our dog—which have made it impossible to maintain a peaceful living environment.

These concerns were raised with the property manager, Alex, starting as early as June. Despite multiple follow-ups and formal written communication, I have yet to receive a meaningful resolution or even consistent acknowledgment of the issues. Promises to relocate us to a more suitable unit have gone unfulfilled, and updates have only been provided when repeatedly prompted.

More recently, a new issue has emerged: the tenant above us has been disposing of dirty water through their balcony drainage, which spills onto our patio. This poses both a hygiene and safety risk, which I have experienced firsthand.

Emails detailing all of this have gone unanswered. The lack of response and accountability is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially given the time, effort, and patience I have extended in trying to resolve these matters amicably.

I do not recommend Masai Lofts to anyone seeking a safe, respectful, and professionally managed living environment.
