Manhattan lofts rental apartments

I moved in on the 1st of June 2020 and I’m already on my way out!!! If you love your peace just like i do, this is definitely not the place for you. I complain everyday about the noise, the tenants here have mini parties by my unit window and laugh out loud like they are in their own yard!! The cheap or reasonable rent they are charging gets made up on electricity, R200 electricity last for 3-4 days whereby I have only cooked once out of those days. I haven’t used an iron during those days whatsoever!!! The rooms are way too small that you can feel like you are suffocating at times, their walls in between the units are thin, I can literally hear the TV next door! I wouldn’t advise even my enemy to come live here... people are always moving out of this place!!! I also couldn’t even stay for 6 months... my zoom meetings background noise it’s like I’m sitting in a shebeen... I regretted the day I signed the lease and moved into this horrific place, it’s extremely ghetto!!!
