Manhattan Lofts

Please , whatever you do , don’t come and live at Manhattan Lofts. The complex is poorly managed . Your complaints are never attended to, once you move in you are all alone and you will have to deal with problems each and every week.

Not sure why my post that details EVERYTHING was removed but my advice remains , Manhattan Lofts is the last place you want to live at. Unlike Lemon Tree Apartments which is managed quite well, this is a complete opposite. I thought the service I got from Lemon Tree , I will get even here at Manhattan. My front door is a playground for children , they scream , make a noise and yesterday they were banging my door and running away . There is a designated play area , but nobody enforces the rule that children must play in that area and not in front of peoples units. I really have no peace living here. I won’t even speak about the meetings I wasn’t able to join because of the grass cutting during the day . Raised it with the manager , was promised that a message will be sent out every time they will be cutting grass and that has not been done. Hopefully this post won’t be removed for whatever reason
