Made to pay R 350 for maintenance when I pay rent

Good day Grace Thank you for your review. Kindly note that upon your move-in, an in-inspection was conducted.  Any damages/faults/defects that are noted after the in-inspection must be reported to the Landlord within 7days after the move-in as per your signed lease agreement.  Any damages thereafter are the responsibility of our tenants, and maintenance is chargeable.  (e.g. broken doors, door handles, fixtures, broken mirrors, curtain rails, oven glass, etc.)Emergency-related queries such as electricity, water, geyser, and roof remain the responsibility of the Landlord and will only be charged for on extreme occasions.We render a maintenance service for your convenience and to ensure the upkeep of our estate.We will provide you with a list of items that will be charged to your account, and, a list of emergency maintenance that the Landlord is liable for to avoid further misunderstandings. Regards,Client Care
