Locked out due to incorrect banking details

When I got to my place on Tuesday (05/07/2016) I found out that I was locked out without any form of communication to me whatsoever. I had no place to sleep and I didn't understand why. I emailed Marlese Gounden about it and she told me my debit order didn't go through and I asked her why she didn't tell me this instead of just locking me out. She then sent me a report from the bank that the debit order failed. I saw on the report that the account name didn't match the account number and I told her that the name is incorrect and therefore the debit order won't go through. I send her the correct details with the letter from the bank stating the details but she didn't wanna hear it, she told me that changing the name won't make a difference which is incorrect because changing the name is all that she needs to do. I tried communicating with her about this but she doesn't want to listen to me. I am exhausted and I wish Chantell was still working there because she helped me effortlessly when I changed my banking details the first ime. I don't know what to do now.

My issue was resolved and I was refunded R150 for the debit order bouncing that I was not aware of. I'd like to thank Marina Pretorius for the kind assistance.
