"My name is Amukelo "Buying a house at Leopard’s rest security estate under cosmopolitan has got to be the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life, firstly on the the day I had to pick up my house key I got there and I was told my house keys were lost. Receptionist told me to come back tomorrow at 3 and they will try to replace them, next day they wait for me to get there instead of calling me to tell me that they don’t think they will be ready and I will need to come back now on the 3rd day, I immediately lost my cool and started shouting and everyone and guess what they call locksmith and got my keys. I’ve moved in and my geyser has not been working ever since and apparently the guy that can switch it on works only between 8 and 5, does this mean I need to take a day off for someone to fix my geyser or leave my keys with them to loose them again. The service and communication from the office staff and central development with us is horrible, I don’t have a bin and I’m sure I need to ask someone for that, I have called central development and keep saying they will call me back up to this day. I am ready to take against all the false promises that were made to me and my husband because I’m tired of babysitting every staff member to do their job.As I am wrong this I don’t have electricity because the gave me wrong meter box and card The manager told us we need to remain calm and she will see what she can do and still hasn’t been sorted out.
