Leopards Rest is not a Security Estate do not buy there, you wi regret

I am currently looking around to buy in a Security Estate, I saw an adverti*****t of Leopards Rest Security Estate on Facebook. I then engaged with one of their agents Mcdonald, can't remember his surname, went to the place from an eye all looks good. I started the process to purchase was approved by 3 banks. On Wednesday afternoon, I decided to go the place to try speak to the resident just to get a feel of the place before I sign the papers. The first alarming thing for me was that the boom gate was wide open, the securities did not even ask me where I was going.

Oooh my oh my the dirty I discovered, speaking to residents. I am not continuing with the process, Leopards Rest is going to be heaven for *********. It is not a security estate as advertised.

If you are looking to buy in a security estate like me, I am advising you not to buy in Leopards Rest you will regret and the place is next to a squatter camp called Thinasonke.

Leopards Rest a big no a lot residents are regretting because the only reason they bought there was that the place is a security estate of which it is not they were sold lies by Central Developments.
