Leapardrest Rest Security Estate( Township) nightmare!!!!!

I'm completely disgusting with the service I received from Cosmopolitan Projects or Central Development. I recently bought a house at Learpardrest Security Estate

I reported serious house problems, such as House cracks, Broken tiles, leaking balcony, paint peeling off, However when I call the Project Manager They refuse to talk to me and maintai that there is nothing that this will fix. The project Manager from Leapards rest security estate is really bad and not willing to help.

When I'm calling the call centre they direct me to someone who is completely unwilling to help me , JEANNY. This matter was sent to the NHBRC who issued an order to conduct an inspection and a report was issued stating that Cosmopolitan Projects must fix the problems as per retention policy. To my disappointment the the arrogant and unprofessional Project Manager from learpards rest disobeyed the instructions from NHBRC. My details Mfundo ***
