I’ve been a renter with Central Development since 2016 and I must say their service has been great, they prioritise tenants and I’ve never ever encountered any problems with them. What I love the most is that the apartments are situated around shopping centres and have playing areas for kids, what I’m trying to say is that they are very convenient for couples. Their staff/ agents are always reachable and always willing to go an extra mile when you need assistance with something. How can I forget Mr Peter Mashangura Dube, the guy was always helpful and friendly of course, whenever I submitted a maintenance request, he didn’t waste time he’d respond and attend to your issue right away. I plan to continue renting here, if you want a safer-spacious apartment I highly recommend Central Development. Thank you
