Injury incident

On the 30 January 2021 I had an incident where upon opening the gate, it slided all the way through and I try to hold but it was too heavy for me, I then dropped it an it fell on top of my foot. I reported to raphael and rhofiwa saw me on my way back from the doctor. I was told to raise the incident on their website, I did that and a guy quickly came and saw my injury but he said he is gonna rush to site so that they can come see what they can do. The welder came with his assistant they quickly welded a stopper on the sliding railand went out without saying anything to me. I then went back to the doctor who sent me for xrays because the pain was not stopping, it was found that my leg has a fracture on a fibula bone. I contacted the manager Nthabiseng to let her of my injury and sent the doctors sick note because I was booked of work. She said she will speak to the contractor to see how they can help. OK i went for surgeon for help with the fracture, the doctor prescribed a moon boot for 3 weeks and on my way back Nthabiseng contacted me asking if I was in the house, I said Noam on my way back from the doctor, she it is ok as long as the hate is not locked the team will go have a look they do not want to bother me. OK upon coming back I realized that no one is caring about my injury upon the whole, I sent her pictures of me on the moon boot and the doctors note that shows that I am booked till the 22nd of February now thar is 3 weeks without going to work. She responded back to me saying I can rest assured that the gate is fine now and I asked if she is aware that there has been modification made on the gate and that my worry is that the fact that I am not even factored on the whole scenario. She then asked to come and see me in the house and she came the next day. She told me they had the meeting with the directors of the company and they came look at the gate and said that I pushed the gate too hard. I am a very tiny lady that ways 55kg, there is no way that I can push a gate that is of quality and installed properly so hard that it can fall. The gate did not have stopper an no bracket to hold it at the end so that it does not stop where it should. I am actually very hurt with the way they have treated me, the injury cause me a lot of pain and suffering and also costed me financial. They say they are NHBRC approved but their action are dodgee.
