******* Riverbend Estate signage defacing Vorna Valley

If you missed it: Midrand’s pavements are dripping with ******* advertising - as reported by the Midrand Reporter on July 8, 2017. Marketer for Riverbend Estates, Adriaan Louw, said the matter would be investigated. “I will contact the person working in the area and find out what is happening. I will meet with him on 6 July and give feedback,” promised Louw. It's November and signage still gets removed and taken to the JMPD on a weekly basis. Either the JMPD is slow in issuing fines or Central Developments Property Group has funds to pay all the fines to be able to wilfully contravene the Outdoor Advertising and Signage By-laws to deface Vorna Valley.

We take note of your concerns and have reduced the amount of boards in the area. The project is fast reaching completion at which stage all material will be completely removed.

Advertising boards taken down after this complaint in January. Thank you. They then started going up again. I reported them to JMPD for six weeks in a row at which time they stopped going up for two or three months. Two weeks ago they started going up again on a weekly basis.
