I'll never ever refer any one live here ever again in my life

I'm very disappointed in Central development , Manhattan lofts and it's Management..For the past 3 months I have been complaining about the water pressure been very low every day between 9am -12pm, normally when they are doing gardening, I was also told to change my schedule as to when to bath or shower. I spoke to the management about it and he said that there is nothing they can do about and I must relax. There are also an excess of pests such as rat's and ****aroaches .. I am currently still a resident although I will never ever refer anyone to live there with the state of things, and can't wait to move out. When i moved in I was told asolar system was going to be installed to support the geyser but that was untrue, and the cherry on top is the the developer take 15% of my prepaid electricity units, every time when you load units/electricity the GCT take 3% so 18% gone lol and that's before the municipality takes their share.. This new thing that was introduced in July without prior notice and here we are thinking the Central development is for the people
