I love East on 82 but the electricity Issue will make me leave.

I really like East on 82 but the frustration it brings with the electricity leaving for more than 12 hours a day is going to make me leave. I have a Newborn baby who cries everytime I run out of water to make a bottle which is is not fair on her 😔
